Mandatory Requirements

Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Windows, MacOS, and Linux (Ubuntu). Proficient in Patch Management using ManageEngine. Familiar with cloud services on GCP. Knowledge of EDR technologies, specifically PaloAlto Cortex XDR. Experience with ZTNA utilizing PaloAlto Prisma Access - Global Protect & PAB.

Desirable Requirements

Understanding of network protocols and security. Experience with AWS or Azure as additional cloud service providers. Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as Wireshark or SolarWinds.
