Mandatory Requirements

Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
Create and perform tests to identify software problems and document results for product and software teams. Analyze and describe bugs and errors, recommending software improvements to enhance user experience. Collaborate with engineering to deliver expected application behavior. Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs. Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements. Proven work experience in software quality assurance, in-depth technical support, or a similar function of at least four years. Understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Knowledge of web services testing, http protocols, and transactional formats like JSON. Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing. Knowledge of API related tools such as Postman or Insomnia. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum process. Exceptional attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective oral and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.

Desirable Requirements

Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and understanding of software programming languages. Experience with web service technologies like XML, REST, and SOAP. Knowledge of QA in Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) workflows or similar applications. Ability to query relational and non-relational databases skillfully. Experience with performance and/or security testing. Proficiency in tools such as Cypress.
