Mandatory Requirements

3+ years of relevant experience in application maintenance and support. Proficiency in Unix and SQL is essential. Strong understanding of scripting languages. Experience in supporting product servers and clients on advanced platforms. Ability to focus on enhancing application performance continuously. Capability to collaborate effectively with team members and provide technical feedback to development teams. Skills to perform detailed root cause analysis (RCA) of production issues and implement corrective actions. Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a global environment.

Desirable Requirements

Familiarity with programming languages, preferably Java. Experience in continuous improvement and continuous delivery processes. Knowledge of other influential scripting languages, such as Python or Bash. Ability to contribute to code fixes and perform rigorous testing.
