Mandatory Requirements

Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Over 5 years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering role. Expert level knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm for containerization and orchestration. Proven proficiency with GCP or AWS services. Deep experience with CI/CD platforms like GitLab, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins. Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code. Proven experience with the Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki stack for monitoring, logging, and alerting. Strong programming skills in Python or GoLang, as well as shell scripting.

Desirable Requirements

Experience with Service Meshes like Istio or Linkerd is a plus. Familiarity with embedding security in the CI/CD pipeline and secret management with HashiCorp Vault. A solid understanding of full stack development principles. Additional familiarity with cloud-native technologies and tools.
