Mandatory Requirements

Provide oversight for Software Asset Management processes, focusing on managing IT assets including Software, Software License, License Key, Software Contracts, and Virtual Server. Define and document asset management processes, create process workflows, and ensure assets are controlled and documented accurately. Facilitate the day-to-day asset management tasks, including request, receipt, identification, management, and withdrawal. Perform regular asset reconciliations and manage records in the asset management system (AMS). Execute on software/hardware asset negotiations, renewals, and approvals.

Desirable Requirements

Experience with Service Now, SharePoint, MS Project, and MS Office products. Ability to manage financial approvals, negotiate purchasing contracts, and minimize legal risks. Perform verifications, audits, and provide status reports. Facilitate training and compliance for internal or external audits. Manage vendor relationships and advise on process enhancements.
