Mandatory Requirements:

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Extensive hands-on experience in Python development, with a deep understanding of best practices and design patterns.
• Proven expertise in AWS and cloud architecture, including Lambda, EC2, DynamoDB, Cognito, SQS, and more, for constructing scalable and resilient backend architectures.
• Deeper understanding of data structures and algorithms, with the ability to excel in easy/medium LeetCode-style interviews. 
• Strong database skills, including proficiency in PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases like DynamoDB. 
• Preferably experience in building backends for mobile applications with a focus on social-heavy features such as chat, social graphs, comments, etc.
• Familiarity with serverless frameworks, containerization (e.g., Docker), and experience with CI/CD pipelines would be advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions within deadlines. 
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
