Mandatory Requirements

Design, develop, and maintain backend services across edge and cloud platforms using C#, .NET, or C++ with gRPC, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability, focusing on real-time systems, multithreading, and concurrency. Implement and extend APIs, data pipelines, and service integrations for edge-based and cloud-based software systems. Contribute to code reviews and collaborate with internal teams for knowledge transfer, alignments on architecture patterns, and ensuring continuity of delivery. Diagnose and resolve defects, performance bottlenecks, post-mortem analysis, and production issues across distributed edge and cloud environments. Follow established architectural standards, security practices, and data handling requirements for industrial and edge deployments. Document technical designs, decisions, and operational procedures for long-term maintainability and team scalability.

Experience with the Oil & Gas industry is mandatory.

Desirable Requirements

Strong performance mindset with the ability to identify slow screens, inefficient queries, API bottlenecks, memory issues, and frontend-backend performance gaps. Proactive debugging mindset with strong troubleshooting skills, investigating issues without waiting for detailed instructions. Comfortable tracing problems across UI, backend services, database integrations, and legacy components. Experience debugging and working with legacy Microsoft technologies such as older .NET Framework components and WinForms applications, alongside modern stacks. Ability to work in hybrid environments, reading existing code, stabilizing legacy applications, and gradually modernizing components.
