Mandatory Requirements

Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
11+ years of experience in full-stack development with strong TypeScript skills.
Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, and Node.js in production environments.
Strong familiarity with AI-enhanced development tools like Cursor, Windsurf, or Cline.
Strong desire to have well-tested code and to encourage teammates to maintain the same standard.
Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or similar.

Desirable Requirements

High accountability and ownership mindset, with an emphasis on business outcomes and milestones.
Contributions to open-source projects or a personal GitHub portfolio using AI tools.
Experience with AWS Serverless, Vercel, and MongoDB.
Familiarity with additional cloud platforms.
Knowledge of programming best practices and emerging technologies.
