Senior License Manager

Mandatory Requirements: 

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Extensive experience in managing software license transitions, particularly in scenarios involving company splits or divestitures. 
• In-depth knowledge of software license agreements and their terms and conditions, with the ability to review and interpret complex legal documents. 
• Proven expertise in guiding strategies for modifying, transferring, or obtaining new software licenses to accommodate separate entities post-split. 
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams to ensure compliance with licensing agreements. 
• Proficiency in providing comprehensive documentation and guidance for configuring software licenses tailored to the needs of new company entities. 
• Demonstrated ability to compile, track, and manage a complete license list according to a pure-play approach strategy, while aligning with stakeholders' requirements. 
• Experience in identifying and addressing Cost Dis-Synergies associated with splitting license contracts, ensuring financial efficiency throughout the transition process. 
• Proven track record of periodically reviewing and adjusting license strategies to align with evolving business needs, maintaining compliance, and optimizing resource utilization.
