Mandatory Requirements

10+ years of professional experience, including over 7 years in IT consulting leading complex, client-facing engagements. Experience with a top global or large IT consultancy in Brazil delivering technology consulting services to enterprise clients in the U.S. Fluent English for leading workshops, meetings, and C-level conversations with U.S. clients daily. Experience in a structured consulting environment for client delivery, commercial commitments, executive stakeholder management, and managing concurrent engagements. Strong application development project experience. Hands-on Agile/Scrum delivery from a PM perspective, including managing user stories, sprint configuration, velocity tracking, capacity planning, and resource allocation. Experience delivering projects within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure DevOps, .NET, and/or Power Platform. Ability to lead projects from discovery to delivery, with strong business analysis skills. Experience leading distributed teams across multiple time zones. Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Desirable Requirements

Experience with a Big Four consulting firm or top-tier management consulting organization. Prior software development experience. PMP and/or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification. Experience with IT integration work supporting client M&A, including systems consolidation, data migration, and application rationalization.
